The Sampan Restaurant
is famous throughout Beijing and serves a large selection of seafood dishes
made from fresh seafood flown in every day and specially prepared by Cantonese
chefs. The Sampan also serves Peking duck cooked in the traditional way.
The Golden Turtle is the Gloria's Korean restaurant which serves dishes such
as Kimchi and Bulgogi as well as lesser known dishes, here fine food is served
in traditional surroundings.
The hotel's newest offering is the Sports City Cafe, which is set to take
Beijing by storm. Hearty American cuisine and exciting cocktail concoctions
accompany the thrill of an adrenaline rush generated from exciting sports
telecasts or a variety of games that include darts, snooker, billiards, skiing,
