Terms and Conditions for Using
CBW.com Online Travel Reservation
(Exceptions apply only when
authorized in writing by a cbw.com representative or manager.)
Payments and Documents
- No prices, flights, hotel availability, or dates of travel are guaranteed
until full payment is received.
- If you are paying by credit card, the card is charged in full at the time
of booking, not at the time of check-in or departure.
- If we are unable to obtain authorization on your credit card, we will
attempt to notify you via e-mail provided we have the correct information.
In addition your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to provide necessary
information in time.
- Our hotel reservation is a "ticketless" system. No voucher
is required to check in. Just present your passport at the front desk.
- Prices do not include a $15.00 shipping fee for trips that include Airline
tickets.
- All transactions are quoted and will be conducted in United States dollars.
- Documents will be delivered via UPS, Federal Express or other courier
services and require a signature for delivery. Delivery takes approximately
3 business days. Devlivery address must be a street address, no PO Boxes
will be accepted.
- Saturday delivery service and international delivery service is an additional
$30 shipping fee.
Hotel Reservations
- There is no fee for cancellations or changes made more than 72 hours (3
days) prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) are subject to a $25.00 administration
fee; cancellations made within 24 hours or later are subject to a fee equal
to the first night.
- Changes to a reservation within 72 hours can be made for a $25.00 administration
fee.
Air/Hotel Packages and Air Only Reservations
Air/Hotel packages and Air Only Reservations are non-refundable once
ordered and paid for. If you are unable to travel on the confirmed dates,
you have the option to use your ticket at the current face value with certaun
restrictions as set by each airline. Please contact the airlines directly.

CBW Online Travel Center Disclaimers
- We (ASM Overseas Corpration/CBW.com) shall not be liable for personal
injury or property loss or damage resulting from the acts, omissions, or
negligence of any person providing accommodations, transportation, or any
other travel related services.
- We shall not be liable for any delayed departure, missed carrier connections,
substitution for common carrier equipment, schedule changes, termination
of service, or for cancellation or double booking of reservations, and/or
tickets beyond it's control and without notice.
- We shall not be responsible for the exchange or refund for any lost, stolen,
or destroyed documents.
- Seats for all passengers will be selected automatically based on the best
seats available and adjacent to the primary passenger if possible.
